Ireo Skyon Maintenance Charges
Just like any other residential community in Gurgaon there are maintenance charges also commonly known as CAM (Common Area Maintenance) Charges. These are charges that are applied by the maintenance agency in coordination with the RWA (Resident Welfare Association) that is responsible for the smooth running and upkeep of the condominium. The CAM charges are on a no-profit, no-loss basis and the way it works is that the entire cost of maintaining the various facets of the condominium (listed below) are divided among the total number of apartments based on pro rata size of the apartment.

24x7 Security - Guards are deployed in the community for the security of the residents and they need to be paid and taken care of.

100% Power Back Up - Ireo Skyon has a 100% Power Back Up, which means that if the government electricity supply fails, you will still enjoy a seamless electric supply in the common areas as well as inside the apartment, this entails having a generator to generate power, which of course has maintenance costs, AMC costs, sometimes rental costs etc. Not to mention the fuel cost for running the generators.
